We stand behind every repair we do.
We believe in standing behind the high-quality work provided by our trained electronic repair technicians. That’s why our warranty covers the lifetime functionality of the part or parts replaced in your electronic device and varies accordingly. For example, batteries carry a 1-year warranty while a repaired screen’s warranty will last as long as you own your device.
Warranty Details
Our lifetime warranty covers all parts installed, except batteries, unless otherwise specified. Batteries carry a one-year warranty. The warranty offered by The Lab will cover the total cost of any repairs performed should any part purchased and installed within The Lab fail.
The warranty will be rendered null and void if any physical damage is present. This includes:
- Drops
- Cracks in the top glass layer
- Cracks in the LCD under the glass layer
- Any liquid-related damages
If The Lab team member discovers any of these markers for physical damage, he or she will not accept the repair as a warranty repair. All repairs no longer deemed warranty work will have to be paid for in full by the customer.
The lifetime functionality warranty can not be redeemed if physical damage is present or your device has been altered by someone who is not one of our technicians. All parts replaced within The Lab are OEM grade with less than 2% part failure. If you do experience a problem with your device, give us a call or stop by and we will immediately resolve any issues.
