We’ve got some exciting changes happening at The Lab, and we can’t wait to share them with you! With the tech landscape constantly evolving, we’re shifting gears to focus more closely on what matters most to our customers: handheld devices and Apple computers.
Don’t worry, though, owner Lyle Schrock is here to stay, and The Lab is just as committed to quality service as ever.
What Changes To Expect
Moving forward, we’re narrowing our repair services to specialize in smartphones, tablets, and other handheld devices (Apple products included!). We’ll no longer be repairing non-Apple computers, drones, or gaming consoles.
Why the shift? As more people rely on their phones and tablets every day, we want to be laser-focused on giving you the best possible service in this area.
“I’m excited about this new direction,” says Lyle. “It’s all about focusing on one thing and doing it really well. By honing in on handheld devices and Apple computers, we’re confident we can make even more of our customers happy.”
